The heads of state approved the "Concept", which duly sets out the proposal to
create a new sustainable anthropogenic-natural complex in the Aral Sea region, designed to restore
the productivity of the territory at the highest possible previous level. However, due to economic
and social decline, the implementation of these plans still faces constraints.

Turkmenistan

Uzbekistan
